Adminstrator

Iqra Education is looking for a well-organised and proactive Administrator to support the smooth running of our centre. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, has great attention to detail, and values making a positive difference in education.

 

Our centres provide academic and childcare services to families, and the Administrator plays a key role in ensuring operations run efficiently while providing excellent customer service to parents, staff, and visitors.

 

The Role
As an Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for parents and staff, supporting the day-to-day operations of the centre. You’ll handle enquiries, manage records, assist with scheduling, and ensure that administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet parents, staff, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate student and staff records in line with data protection policies.
  • Assist with attendance tracking, registrations, and session scheduling.
  • Support staff with documentation, reports, and communication materials.
  • Manage supplies, stationery, and general office organisation.
  • Assist the Centre Manager with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
  • Uphold safeguarding and confidentiality policies at all times.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
  • Experience in administration, education, or childcare settings is desirable but not essential.
