About the role
Children learn best when they feel safe and settled. As a Supervisor you will be a friendly, dependable presence in the centre, welcoming families, keeping sessions running smoothly and making sure safeguarding and safety procedures are followed every day.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome children and parents and support safe arrivals and pick-ups
- Supervise children during sessions and breaks
- Support tutors and help keep the centre organised
- Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures
Skills and qualities we’re looking for
- Calm, organised and dependable
- Friendly and approachable with children and parents
- Good judgement and attention to detail
- Clear communication with staff and families
Experience
- Experience working with children
